Returns
You may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
To begin a return, please contact us at support@tg-lifestyle.com. Once your request is approved, you must provide the return shipping details (courier company name and tracking number). Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping (e.g., lost or damaged packages in transit), unless the return is due to incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, undamaged, and with no signs of wear. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Please note that due to hygiene standards, intimate apparel items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped.
TG Lifestyle reserves the right to reject or cancel any return request at its sole discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Intimate products (such as swimwear and bodysuits)
- Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Method
If you wish to return items, please submit all items from the same order together whenever possible. It will be refunded to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost and risk of return shipping for all returns. In the event that an incorrect item has been shipped due to our error, we will assume responsibility for the return shipping fee.
