Shipping policy

What locations do we ship to?  

All orders are shipped via USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. At this time, we only deliver to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses).  

  • Free USPS delivery on all orders of $120 or more (before tax and discounts). 
  • For orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply at checkout. 
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur a $30 shipping fee. 

 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped? 

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-2 business days for handling & processing your order. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order includes standard shipping insurance. If your package does not arrive, please contact us at support@tg-lifestyle.com. Refunds or replacements will be provided in line with the carrier’s insurance process and confirmation of loss.  

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package? 

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.  

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail? 

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. 

 

Are there any State and Local Sales tax? 

All prices on our website are displayed in USD. Depending on your shipping address within the United States, your order may be subject to state and/or local sales taxes as required by law. These taxes are calculated at checkout and collected by us, then remitted to the appropriate tax authority. 

Please note that sales tax rates and regulations vary by state and locality. If you have questions about how sales tax applies to your order, we recommend reviewing your state or local tax guidelines. 

 

Extended Delays 

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
